What's Included in Your Listing

Your property listing on FSBO Greater Portland for 6 months, until your home is sold, taken off the market, or listed with a real estate agent, whichever comes first. The fee to list your home is $175
A professional yard sign with information box will be installed within 5 days of when payment is received. Yard sign will include your phone number and our web address. Once your home is sold, or taken off the market, we will remove the sign. Sign remains property of FSBO Greater Portland. You agree to pay $100 for signs not made available for pickup after your listing term expires or for signs damaged beyond normal wear and tear.
An optional “Shown by Appointment” rider will be attached to your yard sign upon request only. There is no charge for this option.
Two “House for Sale” directional signs and one “Open House” directional sign to give added street exposure. (All additional directional signs are $ each). These do not need to be returned.
Six pictures of your home will be included on your listing. At any time, existing pictures may be replaced with new pictures at no cost.
Unlimited real time changes to your listing can be made; including your selling prices, description, open houses, contact information, pictures etc.

Extra Offering for Purchase:

Additional Yard Signs: If the property you are listing is on an extra large lot, or is a corner lot, additional yard signs can be rented at the cost of $ per sign.
Additional Photos: If you wish to post more than six pictures of your home, additional photos may be uploaded at the cost of $15 per photo.
Digital Photo Shoot: FSBO Greater Portland will arrange a custom shoot of your home and post up to 6 pictures for $.
